<p>The <strong>Seed &amp; Pot</strong> settings allow you to define the jackpot's fund structure for each level of the jackpot. The settings you configure here will apply to each level of the jackpot template.</p><h4><strong>Level Settings (applies to each level)</strong></h4><p>Each level in the jackpot template has its own seed and pot configuration, allowing you to customise the jackpot structure for different levels.</p><h4><strong>1. Reseed Strategy</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> After the jackpot has been won the strategy you select will determine how the prize pool replenishes.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Select a reseed strategy from the dropdown menu to apply after the jackpot has been won. You can determine a different strategy for each level, if desired. Auto Reseed</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> A toggle that determines whether the jackpot will automatically reseed after being won.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Turn this toggle ON to enable automatic reseeding, or leave it OFF to manually reseed the jackpot.</li></ul><h4><strong>3. Reseed Amount</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The amount the next jackpot prize pool should start at.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Enter the amount you want to add to the jackpot each time reseeding happens. This amount will replenish the jackpot according to the reseed strategy selected.</li></ul><h4><strong>4. Seed Amount</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The initial amount of money in the jackpot at the beginning of the promotion.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Enter the initial seed amount for the jackpot level. This is the base fund that participants will be playing for.</li></ul><h4><strong>5. Contribution Percentage</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The percentage of each participant's bet that will contribute to the jackpot pool.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Enter the percentage (e.g., 5%) that will be contributed to the jackpot fund from each bet placed. This helps determine how much the jackpot grows over time.<br><br><strong>Note</strong>: Contribution percentage impacts how quickly a jackpot grows. Faster growth may influence how close the final win amount is to the configured drop range. See the Drop section below for more details.</li></ul>

<p>The <strong>Drop</strong> section allows you to configure how and when the jackpot will drop. If desired, each level in the jackpot can have different drop type settings according to your promotional goals.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/6a286fdd-078a-492a-83ee-f0316f02d8d3"></figure><h2><strong>Level Settings (Applies to Each Level)</strong></h2><h3><strong>1. Drop Type</strong></h3><p>Defines the mechanism that determines when the jackpot will drop. You can select from four different drop types:</p><figure class="table"><table><thead><tr><th><strong>Drop Type</strong></th><th><strong>Description</strong></th></tr></thead><tbody><tr><td><strong>Time-Based</strong></td><td>The jackpot will drop randomly within a specified time range that the user can determine. This time range will be hidden from the front-end, making the drop unpredictable for players.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Value-Based</strong></td><td>The jackpot will drop once the jackpot amount has exceeded your specified minimum drop value and before reaching your specified maximum drop value.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Mystery</strong></td><td>Similar to Value-Based, but the jackpot drop range is hidden from the front end, making the drop unpredictable for players.</td></tr><tr><td><strong>Hourly</strong></td><td>The jackpot will drop at random times every hour between the start of the campaign and the end of the campaign.</td></tr></tbody></table></figure><h3><strong>2. Probability</strong></h3><p>This field allows you to control the likelihood of a jackpot drop within a given range. You can specify a probability distribution using <strong>comma-separated values</strong> (e.g., <code>10,20,50</code>).</p><ul><li>The entered values divide the drop range into segments.</li><li>A drop can happen in each segment with a probability based on the proportion of its value relative to the sum of all segments.</li><li>Example:<ul><li>If you set <code>10,20,50</code>, the range will be divided into <strong>three segments</strong>.</li><li>The probability of a drop happening in each segment is determined relative to the total sum (<code>10+20+50=80</code>).</li><li>Segment 1 has a 12.5% chance (<code>10/80</code>), Segment 2 has a 25% chance (<code>20/80</code>), and Segment 3 has a 62.5% chance (<code>50/80</code>).</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>3. Minimum Drop Amount</strong></h3><ul><li>Defines the <strong>minimum</strong> value or time threshold at which the jackpot can drop.</li><li>The interpretation depends on the selected drop type:<ul><li>For <strong>value-based or mystery</strong>, this is the lowest possible jackpot amount before the drop occurs.</li><li>For <strong>time-based</strong>, this is the earliest time the drop can happen.</li></ul></li></ul><h3><strong>4. Maximum Drop Amount</strong></h3><ul><li>Defines the <strong>maximum</strong> value or time threshold at which the jackpot must drop.</li><li>The interpretation depends on the selected drop type:<br>For <strong>value-based or mystery</strong>, this is the highest jackpot amount before the drop must happen.<br>For <strong>time-based</strong>, this is the latest time the drop can happen.<br><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;"><strong>4.1.&nbsp;</strong>Why can a jackpot&nbsp;<strong>drop above</strong> the Maximum Drop Amount?</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">The Maximum Drop Amount defines the upper limit of the range in which a drop point can be selected. It is not a hard cap on the final win amount.</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">If a drop point is selected very close to the maximum value, and the jackpot increases rapidly due to player activity or higher contribution rates, the jackpot may exceed this value slightly before the drop is triggered. This behaviour is expected and part of normal jackpot operation.</span><br><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;"><strong>4.2.&nbsp;</strong>Enhance the&nbsp;<strong>Probability&nbsp;</strong>field explanation</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Using a probability value of ‘1’ means the drop point is selected fully at random across the entire configured range, with no weighting applied.</span><br><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;"><strong>4.3.</strong> Example details:</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Minimum Drop Amount: €100</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Maximum Drop Amount: €200</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">Probability: 1</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">A drop point may be selected at €198.</span><br><span style="background-color:transparent;color:#000000;">If the jackpot grows quickly, the final win amount may be slightly above €200 before the drop occurs.</span><br><br><strong>Additional Notes</strong></li><li>The <strong>number of levels </strong>depends on the jackpot template selected at the beginning, but regardless of how many levels you choose each level will have the same options for configuration without limitation, giving users the option to differentiate each level, if they desire.</li><li>If you desire your jackpot distribution to be evenly weighted throughout the campaign you can simply type ‘1’ into the <strong>probabilities</strong> box.</li><li>Choose the <strong>Drop Type</strong> that best aligns with your promotional goals and player engagement strategy.</li></ul>

<p>The <strong>General Settings</strong> section allows you to configure some base details for your jackpot. Jackpot Name</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> This is the name of the jackpot you are setting up.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Enter a descriptive name that will identify this jackpot template. This name is used internally to distinguish it from other templates.</li></ul><h4><strong>2. Base Currency</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The currency used for this jackpot template.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Select the appropriate currency from the dropdown menu (e.g., Euro, USD). Ensure that the currency matches the one used in your target region.</li></ul><h4><strong>3. Requires Opt-In</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> A toggle setting that determines if users must opt-in to participate in the jackpot.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Turn this toggle ON if participants must explicitly opt-in before they can join the jackpot. Leave it OFF if opt-in is not required.</li></ul><h4><strong>4. T&amp;C Link</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> A link to the terms and conditions for the jackpot.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Enter the URL that points to your jackpot’s terms and conditions. This will be accessible to users for transparency and legal purposes.</li></ul><h4><strong>5. Promotional Start Date</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The start date of your promotion or jackpot event.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Click the date picker and select the start date for when the jackpot will be active.</li></ul><h4><strong>6. Promotional End Date</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The end date of your promotion or jackpot event.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Use the date picker to set the end date for the jackpot. This will define when the jackpot concludes.</li></ul><h4><strong>7. Promotional Start Time</strong></h4><ul><li><strong>What it is:</strong> The exact time your promotion or jackpot event will start on the selected date.</li><li><strong>How to use:</strong> Select the start time (hours and minutes) from the time picker.</li></ul><h4><strong>8.
